GROW ALPINE LLC

Terms of Service

Effective date: · Last updated:

These Terms of Service govern use of growalpine.com, operated by Grow Alpine LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Alpine ("Alpine," "we," "us," or "our").

By using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These are website terms; paid services require a separate agreement.

1. Website purpose and eligibility

The website provides general information about Alpine and a way to contact us. To request a business engagement, you must be at least 18 and have authority to act for yourself or the business you represent. Information on this website is not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

2. Consultations and paid services

An inquiry or consultation does not create a client relationship, reserve services, or obligate either party to enter an engagement. Any paid work must be covered by a separate written agreement that addresses scope, fees, advertising budgets, payment, cancellation, deliverables, and ownership. That agreement controls the engagement if it conflicts with these website terms.

We do not accept payments or sell subscriptions through this website. No website statement creates an automatic renewal, nonrefundable payment obligation, or service guarantee.

3. Marketing outcomes and AI information

Descriptions of our acquisition approach explain its purpose, not a promise of specific leads, bookings, clients, revenue, or return on investment. Outcomes vary with the offer, market, budget, campaign execution, customer follow-up, and other factors. Any specific commitments must be expressly included in the applicable service agreement.

AI-assisted tools may support parts of our work. References to AI do not promise fully autonomous delivery, error-free output, or a particular business result. Decisions about your business should take account of your circumstances and appropriate human review.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security, or comply with law.

5. Intellectual property

The Alpine name, logo, original website copy, design, and other content are owned by Grow Alpine LLC or used with permission. Third-party fonts, software, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for personal use or internal evaluation of our services. This does not grant ownership or permission to reproduce our branding, resell our content, or imply our endorsement. Uses permitted by law or an applicable third-party license remain permitted.

6. Communications and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. These terms do not supply consent for data uses that require a separate notice or consent.

You retain ownership of information you send us. You authorize us to use it as reasonably needed to respond and evaluate your inquiry, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement. Do not send passwords, patient records, or other sensitive information through an ordinary inquiry. If confidential materials are needed for a project, arrange an appropriate process with us first.

Contacting us does not by itself authorize automated marketing calls or texts. If those programs are introduced, any required consent and program terms will be presented separately.

The booking form may offer optional, separately selected consent to appointment-related text messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact either email below. Selecting a time or booking a session does not itself opt you into marketing texts.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to external providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content, and a link does not imply an endorsement or a guarantee. This provision does not remove responsibilities we have under applicable law for providers acting on our behalf.

8. Website availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and errors or interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of information is complete or current.

These disclaimers apply to the website. They do not replace an express promise in a signed service agreement or any warranty or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limits on website liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grow Alpine LLC and its members, employees, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, including lost profits or business opportunities. To that same extent, our aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of this free website is limited to $100.

These limits do not govern liability for paid services, which is addressed in the applicable service agreement. They do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent lawfully allowed.

10. Florida law and disputes

Florida law governs these website terms, without applying its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to any nonwaivable jurisdiction or venue rights, disputes about these website terms may be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

If an issue arises, you may contact us first so we can try to resolve it. This is not a condition of exercising legal rights, does not shorten a legal deadline, and does not prevent contacting a regulator. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a jury trial or class-action rights.

11. Updates and general terms

We may update the website and these terms. Revisions will be posted here with a new date and apply prospectively, subject to any notice or agreement required by law. Changes do not retroactively change a signed client agreement or accrued rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it. These terms and the Privacy Policy describe website use; separate signed agreements govern client services.
