GROW ALPINE LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: · Last updated:

Grow Alpine LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Alpine ("Alpine," "we," "us," or "our"), explains here how we handle information when you visit growalpine.com or contact us about our business.

This policy covers our website and our own inquiries. Information we process on behalf of a client is governed by the applicable client agreement and that client's privacy disclosures.

1. Information we receive

Information you provide. If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and content you share, which may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and information about your business goals. Our email and telephone providers also process these communications.

Technical information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral URLs, request times, and security or diagnostic information. Referral URLs and page addresses may contain campaign parameters. We may receive operational reports about website traffic, performance, and security.

Online booking. Our embedded calendar is provided by HighLevel (also called GoHighLevel or LeadConnector). If you book a Growth Strategy Session, it collects the information shown in the form, including your name, phone number, email address, website, business capacity, whether you use AI, selected appointment time, time zone, and any consent choices. Required fields are marked in the form. HighLevel processes and stores booking information in our business account so we can manage your inquiry and appointment. Booking information is not stored in our public website media bucket.

Other website features. This website has no account registration or paid checkout. Our Growth Strategy Session is free. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, patient records, or other sensitive information through an ordinary inquiry or booking form.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

Sending an inquiry, booking an appointment, or visiting the website does not, by itself, authorize automated marketing calls or texts. If you separately opt in to appointment-related texts in the calendar form, we use your phone number and consent choice for that purpose. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Any marketing subscription or consent request will be presented separately where required.

3. When we share information

We may share information with providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, security, email, telephone, and professional advisers, as reasonably needed for their work. Cloudflare's practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

HighLevel acts as our scheduling and customer-relationship-management provider for bookings. Its Privacy Policy explains its provider practices; this Alpine policy describes how we use information collected on our behalf. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Providers may process them as needed to deliver messages or operate the service.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable legal protections. We may share information at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising under our current website practices.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tracking

We have not added Meta or Google advertising pixels to the Alpine page. Cloudflare may use technical information and security mechanisms to deliver and protect the site, and may provide basic traffic and performance measurement.

The HighLevel calendar and its integration script load when you open the page. They may process browser, device, IP address, referral, and interaction information and use cookies or browser storage for scheduling, remembering form details, and carrying campaign context into a booking. Your browser contacts HighLevel even if you do not submit the form. You can also contact us by email or phone instead of using the calendar.

Additional advertising or analytics tools are not authorized merely by this policy. Before introducing them, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. The site does not currently respond automatically to the legacy "Do Not Track" browser signal. Because we do not currently sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of. If our practices change, we will honor legally applicable opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where required.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact either email address below to ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning access, deletion, portability, correction, or certain uses and disclosures. We will handle applicable requests within the time required by law.

We may reasonably verify your identity and, where applicable, an authorized agent's authority before acting. We may retain information that law permits or requires us to keep, such as records needed for legal obligations or claims. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any legally applicable review or appeal process. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

You may ask us to stop optional promotional emails at any time by replying or emailing us. If we send promotional emails, they will include the applicable unsubscribe information. Necessary responses to your requests and service-related communications may continue.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, taking account of the nature of the inquiry, any ongoing relationship, legal recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes. Hosting and communications providers maintain their own retention schedules.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If an incident creates a legal notification obligation, we will provide the notices required by applicable law.

7. Other providers and processing locations

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. When you leave our site, the other provider's privacy practices apply. Our business is based in Florida; we and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable privacy protections may differ by location.

8. Children's privacy

Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post revisions on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A policy update will not be used to retroactively authorize materially different uses of previously collected information without the notice or consent required by law.
